WEICON Black-Seal is black, high-temperature-resistant (+280 °C/+536 °F), free of solvents, strong, oil-resistant, grease-resistant, pressure-resistant, resistant to ageing and extremely elastic (breaking elongation of approx. 500%). It is suitable for bonding and sealing in applications where particularly high oil and grease resistance is required. The product can be used on gearbox, valve and casing covers, oil sumps, water pumps, gears and axles, flanges, tanks and containers, and in many other areas.

WEICON Ceramic BL is filled with silicon carbide and zirconium silicate, offers high chemical and temperature resistance as well as extreme wear protection and high abrasion resistance. The epoxy resin system is especially suited for the lining of heavily stressed pump housings, as wear protection for slide bearings, slides, funnels and pipes and for the repair of castings, valves and blower fans. A coating with WEICON Ceramic BL, which gives surfaces a very smooth finish, increases the flow speed of liquids and thus increases the efficiency of pumps, pipes, valves, etc. by 5 % to 20 %. Gel for fast and reliable removal of rust and tarnish. Rust Remover Gel can be used on ferrous steel, brushed stainless steel, copper, brass, chrome and silver. It has a high reaction speed, penetrates very well and is very economical. The gel removes tarnish in just a few seconds. With rust, the removal process can take between 15 minutes and 12 hours – depending on the degree of corrosion. The blue gel does not need to be heated for application but can be used at room temperature. This solution has a natural, solvent-free composition and ensures gentle rust removal. WEICON Rust Remover Gel can be used in various areas of industry and trade.

The assembly paste WEICON Anti Seize High-Tech is high-temperature-resistant, has excellent separating characteristics, is metal-free, neutral to materials and has an NSF registration. It is particularly suitable when metal-containing pastes can cause electrolytic reactions, when nickel-containing products should or may not be used due to health reasons and when dark metal-containing products should or may not be used for visual reasons.

Pipes and threads must be securely fastened and sealed. A range of WEICONLOCK products is available for these applications, protecting pipes and threads against leaks.

WEICONLOCK® AN 305-77 is a medium-strength pipe and thread sealant. It is highly viscous and can be removed without difficulty. The sealant is approved for use with drinking water (WRAS) and is DVGW and AGA-tested. The sealant is free from labelling requirements.

The pipe and thread sealant is specially designed for the cost-effective securing, fastening and sealing of threads, nuts, etc. The sealant reaches hand-tight strength at room temperature after 15–30 minutes. Full strength is achieved at room temperature after 1–3 hours.

Thanks to the patented WEICONLOCK® PEN system, the chemical sealant can be dispensed with precision and is comfortable to hold. The base allows the bottle to be set down easily.
